How much does storage cost?

One Self storage container 20ft x 8ft x 8ft Weekly £30 or per calendar Month £120 including VAT.

How do I start storage?

Submit an enquiry or Contact us by calling.

We will email an Application form for you to fill in, once the form has been submitted and the booking is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed for the first monthly or weekly storage payment and for a security/key deposit of £50 per container.

This is refunded at the end of the hire period once the keys and padlock have been returned and the container is left empty and undamaged.

What security is there?

 Our site has a security gate with keypad entry, a secure fence all around and we have CCTV.

The padlocks we supply for each unit are industry standard Shipping container locks.

How do I pay for storage?

You can pay by bank transfer or if you wish by Credit or Debit card, via a PayLink that can be emailed to you.

If you commence hire mid way through a month, you will pay for the remaining weeks of that month, if there’s less than two weeks left before the end of that month you will pay for the following month too.

Then all future monthly payments are due on the first of each month. We recommend setting up a standing order with your bank for long term storage hire.

How do I collect the keys?

When the time comes to start the storage hire, I will notify you with instructions of where on site to collect your keys.

Is the contents of my container insured?

No, we recommend for peace of mind to have a separate storage insurance plan through an insurance company, there are lots of Self storage insurance policies online to choose from.

How much notice do I need to give?

As much notice as possible, but we ask for a minimum of 7 days notice.

What happens when I leave?

Once your container is empty and you are ready to hand back the keys, contact me and I will give you instructions on where to leave them safely. Once I have the keys back and the container has been left empty,  I will be able to arrange for the security deposit to be refunded.
